How do I digitally read fuel gauge information from the two fuel gauge pins? Protection Circuit Module (PCB) for 14.8V Li-Ion Battery Pack (4A limit) with Fuel Gauge Socket (#2778)

Is this just a voltage threshold or does it use some digital communication protocol? What is the voltage range expected?

We have a simple fuel gauge which use voltage threshold to show how much power left from the battery pack.
This board doesn't support communication protocols.
