Can this battery be packaged in a different dimension?

LxWxH = 12in x 6.5in x 5.38in (304.8mm x 165.1mm x 136.65mm) these are guidelines there is some room for adjustment.

can it also be set to output 60A max instead of 50A?

The dimension for Product ID # 11374, Part Number: PR-CU-R646 is 288x152x82mm, LxW is within your 304.8mm x 165.1mm requirement. We can change to use 60A board (#3856, PCM-LI7S60A), but need longer lead time.
